Shipping Policy
Your orders will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible after payment confirmation.
• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Shipping time may vary depending on the delivery address, shipping company, and (if applicable) customs procedures.
• Tracking numbers for shipped orders will be shared via email.
• Nomad Leather Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, weather conditions, or customs procedures.
International Shipments:
Any customs duties, fees, and additional charges that may arise from international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.
Return and Exchange Policy
Because leather is a natural and unique material, all products are checked before shipping.
• Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, uncut, and in its original condition.
• Return requests must be made within 7 days of product delivery.
• Custom-cut, made-to-order, or personalized leathers are not eligible for returns.
• Natural variations in skin color, texture, and marks are not considered defects.
Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• Exchanges are made on unused and uncut items and are subject to stock availability.
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery.
• If the requested product is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.
